ScheduleMonday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM ESTModalityOn-Site (We have offices in main cities of LATAM: Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Lima, Guatemala City, Tegucigalpa, Chihuahua, Mérida)About the RoleYou will support multiple departments by managing bank transactions and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
The role includes preventing duplicate payments, supporting payroll operations, reviewing potential fraud, and building cash reports.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and issue fraud decisions on ACH payments and checksSupport payroll with inquiries (checks, direct deposits,



etc.)Fund and manage employee payroll cardsPrepare payroll return reportsBuild cash and forecast reports for corporateHandle payroll-related inquiriesRequirementsDegree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting/financeEnglish level C1 (required)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in Excel, Word, and email toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbal)Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaborativelyProactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement
