Network Expert - Colombia - *******F5)Located in Bogotá, Colombia, this role performs as a Network Expert within the customer services group, acting as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding teams for technical network issues.ResponsibilitiesEnsure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues.Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D; on infrastructure improvements.Actively monitor, react,



and troubleshoot system events and alerts.Investigate and resolve network related issues.Perform on‐call duties.RequirementsFluent English.3–5 years of hands‐on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies.Strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage.Experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching.Experience with routing protocols, BGP – a must.Knowledge of HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Linux) – advantage.Strong in Layers 3, 4, & 7.Good communication skills and experience working with customers – a must.Knowledge of security appliances (e.g., firewalls) and experience with Radware security and ADC products – significant advantage.Experience with scripting languages such as Python – advantage.Ability to collaborate, sync, and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution.Multitasking and work under pressure.Familiarity with Radware services and products – advantage.Primary Location: CO-CO-BogotaJob: Internet/Network Operations
