This role ensures effective legal casework.Job Description AdditionalLead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of justice system strengthening strategies focused on prosecutorial effectiveness, judicial responsiveness, and victim-centered outcomes.Collaborate with NGOs, legal professionals, and government authorities to enhance legal capacity and survivor support.Oversee relationships with senior justice sector stakeholders, including prosecutors, judiciary representatives, government institutions, and partner organizations, to strengthen collaboration and institutional ownership.Manage and provide strategic direction to legal and technical teams, ensuring high-quality implementation of interventions, alignment with organizational priorities, and achievement of programmatic results.Deliver and explain legal strategies and procedural guidance to partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with protection program and justice system objectives.Identify systemic barriers affecting criminal justice outcomes and guide the development of strategies to improve efficiency, accountability,
