Customer Success Manager, Scaled AccountsIn this role, you will be responsible for:Own a portfolio of 300+ clients within the Scaled segment to drive growth and expansion through cross‐sells and upsellsScale high‐growth accounts to higher‐touch modelsIdentify customer business changes (acquisitions, recent funding, mergers) to uncover expansion opportunitiesUse data to identify customer usage trends within your book of businessBecome an expert in our products/services and stay up‐to‐date with product enhancements, acting as a consultant and sharing best practices with customersDrive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacyWork closely with Sales, Sales Experts, Solutions Consultants, Implementation, Support, Product, and Marketing to proactively collect, receive, share, and act on feedback to drive collaboration and adoptionAbout youProven experience in customer success or account management,
preferably in the fintech spaceThorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles; CPA/Accounting experience preferredRelevant accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA); including partial or full qualificationPrevious sales role or skills are a plusERP experience, accounts payable, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, analytic reporting, and CSM tool experience are a plusStrong understanding of the fintech industry and our products/servicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with excellent oral and written communication skillsHigh level of enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalismAbility to build compelling value‐driven client‐facing presentationsAbility to gather complex requirements and work with a team to design a solutionAbility to engage with all levels in an organization, from the CEO and CFO to accountants and others
