Qargo Coffee is growing fast, and we are looking for a Chief of Staff who can become the eyes and ears of the CEO across the organization.This is not a traditional administrative role.

We are building a national franchise system with high standards, premium design, operational discipline, and a clear vision to become the future of coffee.What This Role Is AboutThe Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to make sure the company is not just creating plans, but actually executing them.This person will help verify that:The right systems are being followedThe right people are accountableTasks are completed correctly and on timeDepartments are alignedFranchisees are supported properlyProblems are identified earlyResults are measured, reported, and improvedSimply put: we need someone who makes sure things do not fall through the cracks.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the CEO's eyes and ears across operations, franchise support, marketing, construction, training, compliance, and internal projectsFollow up with team members to verify that assigned work is completed properlyHelp enforce company systems, standards, deadlines, and accountabilityReview reports, tasks, store updates, project progress,
