Qargo Coffee is seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support and drive operational excellence across our growing franchise system nationwide.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise operations who understands how to manage multi-unit environments, enforce standards, and ensure consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations across multiple stores nationwide
Work directly with franchisees, store managers, and leadership to ensure execution of brand standards
Support new store openings, operational readiness, and rollout plans
Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action
Ensure compliance with SOPs, training programs, and operational systems
Partner with marketing, training, and development teams for aligned execution




Track KPIs including sales, labor, speed of service, and customer experience
Support inventory, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of operations experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise brands
Proven experience managing multi-unit operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of store-level execution, training, and performance management
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
High level of accountability and attention to detail
