Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & StrategyTake ownership of procurement activities across the project lifecycle - from early-stage support through delivery.Define and update strategies for sourcing, supplier integration, and risk management.Proactively identify risks (commercial, technical, legal, logistics) and manage mitigation plans.Execution & DeliveryLead full‐cycle procurement: request, tender, negotiation, contract, and delivery.Monitor suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to secure timelines and costs.Ensure >95% delivery reliability for critical packages.Supplier & Market DevelopmentBuild and maintain a localized supplier pool across construction, equipment, and services.Source, qualify, and onboard new suppliers that meet technical and compliance standards.Lead performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.Collaboration & GovernanceServe as the point of contact for procurement with project management, technical, legal, cost,



and quality functions.Guide teams operating under delegated procurement authority to ensure alignment with process and compliance standards.Capture lessons learned and feed back into group‐wide process optimisation.Candidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceDegree in engineering, supply chain, or international business.5+ years' experience in procurement/supply chain for large infrastructure projects.At least 2 years working with overseas projects, ideally in South America (e.g., Chile, Colombia, Brazil).
Proven track record of managing complex procurement packages end‐to‐end.Skills & KnowledgeStrong command of procurement principles and supplier management.Familiarity with contracts, claims, and risk allocation in international project settings.Understanding of construction cost structures and
