You will collaborate with HR, Business Units, and Corporate functions, gaining broad exposure to the business and building a strong foundation in internal communications.How you'll make an impactSupport the implementation of internal communications plans at the regional and global level.Manage and keep internal communication channels up to date (intranet, digital screens, collaboration platforms).
Coordinate logistics and content for internal events such as town halls and leadership meetings.Ensure all messages are consistent with corporate guidelines and brand standards.Track engagement metrics and support reporting on internal communications performance.Collaborate with HR and Business Units to effectively cascade key messages.Support change communication initiatives when needed.Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.Your backgroundBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.Strong writing and editing skills in English.Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.Collaborative mindset and proactive, service-oriented attitude.Familiarity with digital coll
