Job TitleServices Account Manager SupportJob DescriptionServices Account Manager Support is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through personalized service.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalized service.Assist in the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans designed to exceed financial targets, with a focus on Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, and Contract Renewals.Work meticulously under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output.Provide comprehensive transactional and administrative support related to in-scope processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines.QualificationsHigh School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development,



Service Delivery Management or equivalent.Strong customer orientation with a clear sense of urgency to understand and address client needs.Intermediate level of English proficiency.Comfortable engaging in sales-related activities.Work ArrangementThis is an office role.
Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week.
