We are looking for a professional, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Medical Assistant to join our international healthcare support team.
This role is adecuado for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience managing administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare staff, ensuring a positive experience while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients professionally and courteously.
Manage front desk operations, including calls, scheduling, and patient coordination.
Support physicians and healthcare staff with administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information following compliance standards.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and internal communications.




Provide clear and effective communication with patients and medical teams.
Ensure an organized, efficient, and high-quality patient experience.
Requirements
Advanced English level (B2+).
Previous experience in Front Desk, Medical Reception, Administrative Support, or Healthcare-related roles.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
