This is an on-site, in-office position in Bogota, Colombia.
We are looking for a highly motivated Website Project Manager with a strong work ethic to join our Website Development Operations team.
The ideal candidate must have superior organizational and time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
The Website Project Manager will be an integral part of our high-performing, professional Project Management Team and will report to the VP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale website projects from initial kickoff through design, development, and final launch
Simultaneously manage a high volume of active website builds without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
Establish and enforce project timelines, defining critical milestones and launch dates for both the client and internal development teams




Translate client visions into technical requirements; acting as the bridge between the client's goals and the developer's execution
Serve as an advocate for UX/UI best practices, ensuring the final product is a gorgeous, ADA-accessible, and functional website while remaining strictly within scope.
Oversee the compilation, formatting, and styling of website content to ensure it aligns perfectly with the client-approved design
Keep development teams informed of project status and related issues
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the website development lifecycle and propose solutions to accelerate project velocity
What We're Looking For
5-10 years of professional Project Management experience, specifically within a website development or digital agency environment
A deep understanding of the website development life cycle, from discovery and development to quality assurance and deployment
Exceptional communication skills (Level C1) with the ability to lead high-stakes progress meetings and manage stakeholder expectations
The ability to pivot between different projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while still maintaining a high level of quality
Maintain composure during tight website launch windows and complex troubleshooting phases
Ability to work and communicate in a team environment
Ability to take initiative, act independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize
PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a major plus
Experience with the following is highly desirable: Website Design, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Squarespace, DNS Management, Apple/Mac Environment, Copper CRM
