Job Title: Salesforce AppExchange Developer - LATAMLocation: Medellín, Colombia (office-based; remote after training possible)Salary Range: $5,000,000 - $8,000,000 COP per month, based on experience and English proficiency.Company OverviewTechPulse, an IT Managed Services Provider, offers a competitive salary, overtime pay, and benefits.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to conceptualize, design, and deliver new Salesforce products under tight deadlines.Build scalable, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Salesforce apps.Develop robust Apex controllers, triggers, and batch classes to support business logic and integrations.Implement and optimize REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.Implement OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods to ensure secure integrations.Assist with front‐end customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional).
Use Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines for version control, automated testing, and deployment.Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, managing a team of Salesforce experts (optional).
Must‐Have SkillsAdvanced Lightning Web Components development experience.Strong Apex knowledge of controllers, triggers,



and batch processing.Experience integrating Salesforce with external services using REST & SOAP APIs.Strong understanding of secure authentication and authorization workflows (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Understanding of second‐generation managed packages (2GP) and packaging processes.Front‐end development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI customization.Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Expertise in writing optimized SOQL queries and managing Salesforce governor limits.Nice‐to‐Have SkillsExperience with AppExchange security review and compliance.Experience with Salesforce Communities / Experience Cloud.Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, or external cloud integrations.Experience using Figma for UI/UX design (preferred).
