We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to manage and process accurate and timely payroll for our organization.
The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcess weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Generate, prepare, calculate, and analyze payroll payment processes.Ensure compliance with current labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies to guarantee the timely payment of salaries, aiming for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Create and submit reports and presentations to various government entities,



adhering to established deadlines.Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Maintain and update employee payroll information in HRIS/payroll systems.Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in both English and Spanish.Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies or issues related to compensation and deductions.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data at all times.
