Job OverviewScotiaTech, Scotiabank's Technology hub in Bogota, is seeking an experienced bilingual (English & Spanish) Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud across multiple countries.PurposeContributes to the overall success of the GWMT globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives, while ensuring all activities follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.ResponsibilitiesChampion a customer‐focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Collaborate with senior leaders from business and technology to design long‐term business technology roadmaps for individual Salesforce orgs.Lead discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders to elicit and capture business requirements and processes, including definition of user personas, epics, user stories, and user acceptance criteria.Apply expertise in gap analysis, root‐cause assessments, business process mapping, process flow diagrams, data mapping, and data analysis.Design elegant solutions for highly complex problems that may include changes to technology or existing business processes.Use Agile practices such as backlog grooming, Scrum,



and Kanban‐based delivery.Communicate effectively with business functions, analysis, development, and quality assurance teams to align technology solutions with business needs and ensure high quality of systems developed and deployed.Propose solutions and alternatives to internal stakeholders to design the most effective processes and solutions.Support the Delivery Lead and Technical Product Owner in planning, scoping, and impact analysis.Provide reliable and timely production support that strengthens business partnerships.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce CRM solutions.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Understanding of the bank's risk appetite and risk culture incorporated into day‐to‐day activities.Strong communication and leadership skills and keen attention to detail.Experience in Agile environments.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.One or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Administrator, Architect, Sales Cloud consultant) completed prior to joining.Working ConditionsStandard office‐based environment; non‐standard hours are common.DimensionsPrimarily Caribbean region.Backend modernization to migrate three modules to Atlas.LocationColombia: Bogota.BenefitsInclusive, positive work environment and competitive benefits.
