You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:Team Augmentation: you will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.Design & Build: you will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.What We're Looking For5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.Advanced English is required.Successful completion of a four‐year college degree is required.Proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models.Hands‐on experience integrating machine learning solutions into production systems and applications.Strong background in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‐learn.Demonstrated experience building and deploying scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments.Proven experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Deep experience working with large datasets.
