We're building our own growth engine — a system that consistently attracts, qualifies, and converts new clients through data‐driven outbound campaigns.The Role:We're looking for a Growth & Outbound Specialist who can build and manage our cold outreach system from the ground up.
You'll experiment with new channels, build automations, personalize outreach with AI, and help us reach the right founders and marketing leaders at the right time.That means:Sourcing and segmenting leads of DTC brand owners, operators, and marketing headsWriting and testing cold outreach copy that gets repliesSetting up automation flowsBooking qualified calls for our sales teamIf you love testing, tracking,



and finding creative ways to get replies — this role is for you.Requirements:What You'll Be Doing:Source and segment lead data using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator:Automate workflows between Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, ActiveCampaign Deals/ClickUp:Track key metrics (open, reply, call‐booked rates) and iterate based on performanceCollaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and targetingIdentify new outbound opportunities (LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.)Idóneo Background:2+ years of experience in growth, outbound, demand gen, or SDR roles (agency or SaaS preferred).
Experience using Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, Clay, or similar tools for outreach and automation.Comfortable learning new tools and managing workflows (Zapier, Slack, Calendly, Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc.).
Analytical and organized — you track what works and build repeatable systems.Bonus: You've worked with DTC or eCommerce brands before.
