The Sales Support Specialist will support daily operations across sales, customer success, marketing coordination, customer onboarding, employee on-boarding recruiting, and internal operations.
This role is designed to improve organizational efficiency, support scalability, and reduce administrative burden across leadership and revenue teams.ResponsibilitiesAssist with customer onboarding and follow-up communicationAssist with coordinating customer specific review presentations, and sales materialsSupport marketing coordination, content organization, and communicationsAssist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and onboardingHelp maintain SOPs, training documentation, and internal processes within the Sales organizationSupport internal culture, communication, and employee engagement initiativesProvide cross-functional administrative and operational support as neededQualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProfessional written and verbal communicationExperience supporting sales, customer success, operations,

(Contrato a termino indefinido)Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are off.Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.Salary paid in COP with bi-weekly payments.Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office if you prefer at any time.We provide you with the necessary equipment to work.Compensation:$2,800,000 COP monthly base salary for the first 3 months.
