and perform 150+ calls per day.Ability to gain instant rapport with people over the phone.Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and personalities.Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to handle rejection over the phone.Self-starter with a positive attitude.1 year of customer service experience (Logistics industry preferred).
Minimum RequirementsExperience: No experience needed / Just motivated to learn.Studies: Bachelor's degree related to business administration, or logistics-related.Language: English skills.
B2+ or higher is preferred.OffersSchedule: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Schedule hours based on USA.Places: On-site in office at Medellín.Salary: 2,900,000 COP + (depending on position).
