Additionally, our benefits include a health plan, gym membership, well-being platform, digital gift cards, or home medical services.Role OverviewAccounting Admin Assistant - you will support the administrative tasks related to our client's billing and accounting processes.ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices with appropriate account codes and classifications.Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for invoices, certificates of insurance, and other financial documents.Learn how to work with Expedoc (AP AI processor)
to investigate and process invoices tagged by Expedoc with discrepancies.Assist in updating and maintaining vendor records.Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries and discrepancies.Reconcile vendor statements.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Respond to inquiries from vendors and/or clients regarding financial matters.RequirementsWhat would help you succeedBelieve and love what you do.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and self-driven.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Minimum requirementsStudies: High School Degree is required.

Additional studies are also considered.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an accounting or finance setting.
Having experience in logistics is a plus.Language: Very good English skills.
B2 or higher is required.PerksSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.Contract: Indefinite contract + benefits.Location: Only from Medellín.
This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe (El Poblado).
Salary: 4,000,000 COP.
