Working collaboratively, the role primarily involves creating and standardizing documentation, facilitating process mapping, and synthesizing process metrics into actionable reports.
The analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting various organizational areas, including the Phalanx program, while adhering to the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
