This role requires a deep understanding of market archetypes, switching capabilities, and platform infrastructure to drive successful transitions from Classic to Transaction Stream platform.
The Director will serve as a central point of coordination across regional, technical,



and cross‐functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on execution plans, success metrics, and resource deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Evaluation & Migration PlanningConduct detailed assessments of initial target markets to map current Classic platform features to the Transaction Switching (TS) platform.Develop customer migration plans and define success metrics and Go/No-Go decision criteria.Establish a standardized template for regional, technical, and cross‐functional partner sign‐off.Competitive Gap AnalysisLead a formal study comparing current switching capabilities with competitive offerings and emerging market developments.Platform Transition StrategyBrazil: InstallmentsIndonesia: Local InfrastructureAustralia: Domestic Routing and Least Cost Routing (LCR)Platform Impact AssessmentAssess implications of Avan
