It is a MedTech Country Senior Financial Analyst role that is Global (North America and OUS), highly visible, and supports all NA MT Franchises with approximately $31.9B in net sales.
The analyst is responsible for actuals reporting of NA MT financials, driving balanced collaboration with Business Unit Finance, Corporate Services, A&D;, and Global Services Finance, and providing trusted business partners across all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing direct financial leadership to the NA Orthopedics, Surgery and Cardio Commercial organization and have active ownership for actuals reporting of NA reported Sales, Gross Profit, Selling & Marketing, Admin and OIE P&L; lines.Coordinate and facilitate financial statement reviews for Vice President of Commercial Finance and leadership for MedTech, leading pre-close meetings and quarterly balance sheet reviews.Report actuals to NA MT Direct to WW FP&A; to satisfy compliance requirements and management reporting.Lead MD financial reporting process including coordination of actuals reporting, managing BUF relationships, improvements in close process,
and presenting to the country VP.Lead monthly sales coordination with BUF and GS teams to support BRAVO submission.Consolidate US MT headcount commentary from BUF and comp/ben team for group leadership.Co‐lead the analysis and presentation of US Balance Sheet and CAPEX to all MedTech Finance Leadership (Commercial, R&D;, and Supply Chain).
Approve 'actuals' submissions and various SOX controls processes (e.g., BVA02, Risk Assessment) and partner with PWC, GAA and Compliance to satisfy audit requests and strengthen compliance.Serve as the face of Integral Services Finance, linking Business Unit Finance (BUF) and GS Global Process Teams.Create budget vs actuals, align and coordinate for commentary and approval.Provide financial leadership and business partner/decision support for NA Commercial, Signifi Projects and local projects.Influence and work closely with BUF and Global Service Finance on joint goals and objectives.QualificationsFluent in English.Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related field.Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum 3 years of finance or related business experience.Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SAP and TM1 preferred.Creative thinking and teamwork ability required.Ability to take on leadership roles across various functions.Can work well in a fast-paced environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks.Base location Bogotá, Colombia; may require up to 10% travel.Required SkillsBudgeting, Budget Management, Coaching, Communication, Expense Controls, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Disclosure, Financial Forecasting,
