We have offices in New York City; Barcelona, Spain; Bogotá, Colombia; Mexico City;and San José, Costa Rica.Role DescriptionKECH Development is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant full time for an on-site internship located in Medellin, Columbia .
The Executive Assistant Intern will provide administrative support to senior executives and assist with daily business operations.
Responsibilities will include managing executive schedules, coordinating appraiser calendars and appraisal appointments, preparing marketing reports, assisting with daily orders, and supporting general office administration.This role also requires effective communication with executives, appraisers, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
The intern will help maintain confidentiality, track scheduling updates, follow up on appraisal-related tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.Through this internship, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in executive support, real estate operations, appraisal scheduling, marketing reporting, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced real estate and private equity environment.This position is conducted 100% in English; therefore,
applicants must be fluent in English.All CVs must be submitted in English to be considered.QualificationsStrong skills in executive administrative assistance and general administrative support, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Ability to prepare, review, and manage expense reports accurately and in accordance with internal processes.Experience or demonstrated ability in executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, appraiser scheduling, appraisal appointment coordination, and support for senior leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with executives, appraisers, clients, stakeholders, and team members.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage appraiser calendars, coordinate appointment logistics, track scheduling changes, and follow up on appraisal-related tasks.High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, calendar management platforms, and general office software.Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, real estate, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in a similar administrative, executive support, real estate, appraisal, or private equity role is an advantage.Fluency in English is required.Please NoteThis is an on-site full time position at our Medellin, Columbia office.
The position is paid after the successful completion of 20 full days of training.
