About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in hiring for Finance, Legal and/or HR functions within a corporate environment.What Will You Be DoingOwn end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal and/or HR roles, from requisition to onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Department, Vice‐Presidents and other senior leaders to understand their business goals and hiring needs.Ensure the accuracy of recruitment data and analytics to report on hiring trends, time‐to‐fill, and pipeline health.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal/regulatory requirements.Partner with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed.Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with at least a few years spent agency side.Experience in recruiting for finance, legal and/or HR roles a big plus,
particularly within regulated industries.Experience supporting international relocation also a plus.Subject matter knowledge of finance, legal and/or HR job families, terminology and credentials.Experience recruiting in international markets and cross‐border recruitment, in particular experience recruiting in new countries will be a plus.Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills using modern recruiting tools and techniques, including use of niche platforms and associations (eg ACC, AICPA, CIPD, SHRM, IBA) for a headhunting style approach.Experience partnering with new and senior stakeholders.Professional level of English is a must, other languages are a plus.Previous experience with ATS - Jobvite is a plus.What We Give You in ReturnPrivate Healthcare.A chance to work in a great, friendly and supportive team.Tremendous growth opportunities in a large, fast‐moving international company.Weekly company lunches and great social events.Grow with ARRISE | Learning Hub—personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertips.
