About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, results oriented Head of Partnerships for LATAM, fluent in Spanish, to lead our strategic growth from Bogotá.
In this role, you will identify and develop new partnership opportunities across Latin America, build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and drive long‐term collaboration and business growth.
You will lead the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiations, through onboarding and account management working closely with internal teams to deliver high‐quality services and exceed revenue targets.What You BringNative or fluent Spanish (spoken and written), with excellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record in business development, partnerships, or strategic account management ideally with experience in LATAM marketsStrong skills in relationship‐building, sales strategy, and stakeholder managementResults‐driven mindset, self‐motivation,
