OverviewThis position is available in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru.Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Programmatic Media Specialist who has led digital campaigns for assigned advertisers.The candidate should have experience in billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting for multiple programmatic platforms such as DV360, TTD, Verizon, Xandr, Mediamath, among others.
The ideal candidate is independent, focused on quality, and eager to grow alongside more than 5,000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery around the world.ResponsibilitiesSetup programmatic campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.Monitor the health of your campaigns and conduct ongoing optimization to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.Ensure the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the programmatic media platforms.Proactively make suggestions and troubleshoot issues.Maintain daily communication with the client's campaign managers.Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.Deliver recommendations, execution and analysis of beta tests, new platforms,
optimization strategies and vendors.Assist to Programmatic and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates.Connect daily with integral account team over email, IM and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client.Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.QualificationsMust require:English Level B2 or above.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.Minimum 1 - 3+ years of experience running programmatic media advertising campaigns (management and optimization).
Strong knowledge of at least one programmatic media platform with a good understanding of the overall media landscape (DV360, TTD among other DSPs, Ad Server Reporting).
Strong communication skills (English and Spanish).
Result oriented skills.Attention to detail skills.Analytical skills.Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns.Intermediate Excel knowledge.Good to have:Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategy, Ads.Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.Verification Tools: IAS – Double Verify – MOAT.Knowledge on Yahoo and Amazon DSP.
