Develop, negotiate, and execute business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience.Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, controls, cost effectiveness, and user/customer relationships.Design and maintain an effective and cost-efficient organizational structure aligned with business needs.Ensure adherence to an effective Management Control Program, including proper use of escalation matrices.Manage the resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken and recurrence is prevented.Apply expert-level knowledge of Securities Operations processes, systems, and controls across multiple geographic locations.Demonstrate strong understanding of policies and procedures across other areas of the Bank.Maintain extensive knowledge of integral securities regulations, industry standards, and financial products.What do we offer you?
