OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect/ Technical Lead.
This role is adecuado for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology (Martech).
You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long‐term architectural vision, and deliver high‐quality, scalable solutions.Your ImpactLead the technical design and delivery of solutions built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), owning implementation quality and scalability.Design, build, and evolve AEP data models aligned with business requirements, ensuring long‐term extensibility.Implement and manage AEP components including XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real‐Time Customer Profile.Own end‐to‐end AEP data flows, from ingestion (batch and/or streaming) through profile unification and activation.Act as the technical authority for AEP within the project,



guiding implementation decisions and best practices.Collaborate closely with data, engineering, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AEP solutions.Ensure platform stability, data quality, and performance while supporting ongoing enhancements and optimizations.Your Skills and ExperienceProven hands‐on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Strong technical depth across AEP core components, including:XDM schema designDataset creation and managementIdentity resolution and identity graphsReal‐Time Customer ProfileData ingestion and activation patternsExperience designing and implementing customer, event, and profile‐centric data models.Solid understanding of end‐to‐end CDP architectures and customer data flows.Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP.Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to make sound
