As a member of the Benefits & Leaves Experience team, will also be involved in gathering information to help resolve escalations where appropriate.AccountabilitiesChampions a customer-focused culture to leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledgeEnters/processes employee leave status changes in HR systems throughout the leave processEnsures data accuracy and integrity of employee records through established internal control mechanismsResponds to inquiries pertaining to specific employee leave events and answering escalated issues from different stakeholdersRuns regular daily/weekly reports to assess performance against standard procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, and propose recommendations to Lead, Managers, and Senior Manager, Benefits & Leaves ExperienceUnderstands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisionsActively pursues effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk,
including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF General Handbook and the Guidelines for Business ConductReporting RelationshipsPrimary Manager: Lead, Benefits & Leaves ExperienceDimensionsAccurate Approvals (Workflows) and Data EntriesAnswers Tier 2 escalations from all areas of the Bank (general scope)Volume of transactions (TBD)Ensures business continuity for accountabilities under purview, ensuring coverage 5 days/week in assigned scheduleEducation / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)B1+ English LevelPost-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Human Resources or pursuing education in related fieldCHRP designation is considered an assetExperience in a call/contact Centre or in a customer focused area an assetKnowledge of Benefits functions would be an assetKnowledge of HR transactions and Pay cycle impactsDeep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and proceduresStrong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexityStrong team player skills - experience with working with teamsAttentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with transaction processing and data managementExperience in conflict / issue resolutionStrong verbal and written skillsCompetenciesDetail OrientedQuality ServiceTeam PlayerTime ManagementWorking ConditionsWork in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.Limited travel domestically.Location(s)Colombia : Bogota : Bogota
