We seek a Strategic Pricing to play a key role in delivering competitive and effective pricing solutions that drive success for our clients and team.ResponsibilitiesInformed and composed risk-tolerant disposition in pursuit of bid board load winsAnalysis of live lane data, including carrier calls & quotes, confirming and leveraging present market ratesThe cost-effective pairing of specific trailer types aligned with dimensional and weight characteristics of loadsTender bids and carrier rate negotiations are driven by load dimensions, weight,
and travel distancesEffectively leverage FMCSA Hours of Service & Safety Regulations in maximizing productivity & profitAttention to detail with a "can do" attitude and a "will do" work ethicSense of urgency relative to delivering quality work productsWork closely with US-based customer sales team in meeting customer needs and issue resolutionRequirementsA Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldProficiency in English (B2-C1 level or higher) for effective communicationAt least 1 year of experience in logistics pricing, with a strong track record in freight transportationOutstanding analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable trendsA proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication skills and a client-focused attitudeBenefitsIndustry-leading Salary + bonusesWork Schedule: Monday to Friday – Weekends OFFContract type: PermanentDriven by US Calendar2 Weeks Paid Vacation AnnuallyEncouraging and Collaborative Team Environment
