ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Executive, you will drive company success by collaborating with recruitment and engineering leads to optimize hiring workflows.
This role offers the unique chance to manage high‐impact screening operations and special initiatives within a fast‐paced, world‐class environment.
You will leverage your expertise in candidate management to ensure a seamless experience for every applicant.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create well‐structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company's guidelines
Keep track of available talent and job opportunities
Carry out the candidates' screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit




Manage a robust pool of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity
Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail
MUST HAVES
2+ years of experience in an IT company as a Recruiter
Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive, energetic, and detail‐oriented mindset with a hands‐on approach to problem‐solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
Upper‐Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken
NICE TO HAVES
You are comfortable with working in a fast‐changing environment
You have strong GTD skills
