At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.How you create impactHolistic support for customers in the field of sea freight and promotion of long‐term, partnership‐based customer relationshipsProcessing customer inquiries and preparing offersControl of order processing from order acceptance to document verification to the completion of the shipmentIntegration and maintenance of customer data as well as creation of reports for the analysis and optimisation of our servicesClose cooperation with the operational departments, sales and carriersExpansion of the portfolio of our existing customers, development of new business and acquisition of customersWhat we would like you to bringCompleted training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualificationFirst professional experience in customer service, ideally in transport and forwardingConfident handling of MS Office programmesIndependent, team‐oriented and service‐oriented working styleConfident appearance, strong communication skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientationFluent in Spanish and good written and spoken English skillsWhat's in it for youFlexibility:
