Business Experimentation consultants partner with executive‐level clients on critical business decisions by leveraging data science and strategic thinking, using Mastercard's Test & Learn platform.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statementsContribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and integral clients by leveraging data science tools including Test & LearnCollaborate with the Mastercard team to understand clients' needs, agenda, and risksDevelop working relationships with client analysts and managers, and act as a trusted and reliable partnerCollaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clientsIndependently identify issues in a defined area of analysis using Test & Learn, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findingsLead internal and client meetings,
and contribute to project managementContribute to the firm's intellectual capitalReceive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and developmentQualificationsBasic qualifications:Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, technology or data science or proven work experience related to data‐driven analysisRelevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experienceLogical, structured thinking and affinity with numerical analysisAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsAble to perform multiple tasks in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environmentAble to communicate effectively in English and the local office languagePreferred qualifications:Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third partiesAdditional relevant data and analytics experience:Data modeling and database management (e.g., SQL)Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Time series analysis and segmentationAble to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutionsRelevant industry expertise
