We're looking for a highly technical Lead Full Stack Engineer / Systems Architect to help architect, scale, and evolve the next generation of our platforms, internal systems, automation infrastructure, and interactive web experiences.
This role combines software architecture, backend systems, modern frontend engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI-oriented thinking, technical leadership, client communication, and hands‐on execution.
We are specifically looking for someone who thinks like an architect, not just a developer.
Someone capable of understanding how distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, real‐time interaction, frontend architecture, automation pipelines, AI systems, and product experience all work together as part of a larger ecosystem.
This is not a management‐only role.
We're looking for an engineer who still enjoys building.
Role
Lead Full Stack Engineer / Systems Architect
What You'll Do
Lead architecture and technical direction across multiple systems and platforms
Design scalable backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and engineering standards
Help define frontend architecture, scalability, performance, and product experience
Architect cloud‐native systems and scalable infrastructure workflows
Participate actively in development, technical reviews, debugging, and execution
Help structure engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, and reliability across the ecosystem
Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, DevOps, automation, AI, and product teams
Work directly with stakeholders and help translate business/product needs into technical execution
Help evolve internal systems into scalable production‐grade platforms
Help evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, AI systems, and automation opportunities across products




Current & Future Stack
APIs, WebSockets, queues, workers, distributed systems
CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments
AI ecosystems, automation pipelines, orchestration systems, and operational tooling
Asset delivery pipelines, real‐time systems, and performance optimization
What We're Looking For
Strong experience architecting modern full stack systems
Strong backend architecture and distributed systems experience
Ability to understand and guide frontend architecture as well
Experience working with scalable cloud infrastructure and production environments
Strong systems thinking and architectural decision-making ability
Understanding of real-time systems, performance optimization, and modern web architecture
Strong interest in AI systems, automation, and emerging technologies
Curiosity and enthusiasm for integrating AI into operational systems and products
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable decisions
Ability to understand product, operational, and client needs — not just technical requirements
Hands‐on engineering mindset with real execution experience
Ability to lead technically while staying deeply involved in development

Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL,



or real‐time rendering systems
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Experience integrating AI systems, APIs, LLMs, or intelligent automation workflows
Experience scaling startup environments or complex engineering ecosystems
Experience building systems and platforms from zero
Experience with high-performance frontend applications or visualization platforms
Experience integrating cloud infrastructure with frontend-heavy platforms
