About the RoleAs a Security Specialist at Kyndryl, you will play a crucial role enabling and securing our customer organizations, cultures, and ecosystems.
You will configure, monitor and manage network performance and protect infrastructure from cyber attacks while developing and implementing security policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesDevelop asset classification models, risk assessment reports, and security policies.Create security solution scenarios, implementation plans, organization models, and procedures.Generate security effectiveness evaluation reports and conduct security awareness workshops.Configure, monitor, and manage the performance of networks to maintain quality of service.Assess, predict, prevent, and manage IT infrastructure and data risk.Work with other departments to ensure all security measures operate effectively.Explore cybersecurity data science, analyze data to identify patterns, and develop risk‐management ideas.Provide technical security training on best practices and raise awareness of potential threats.Required Skills and Experience4+ years of experience in GRC frameworks (enterprise risk management,



internal audit, regulatory compliance, policy management, third‐party risk management).
Working knowledge of common audit and compliance tools.Experience translating business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls, and implementing them within a security management cycle.Excellent understanding of security standards and best practices (ISO*****, NIST).
Experience advising clients on regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PCI DSS, FBA, GDPR, DORA).
Experience performing GRC maturity assessments and coordinating SOC2 and/or ISO***** audits.Preferred Skills and ExperienceBencharlot grade and valid current professional registration in Colombia.Certifications: CRISC, CGEIT, CERA, CISM, CISA, CISSP.Statistical analysis and modeling skills.Basic network, compute, and cloud computing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 Suite and other productivity tools.Project‐management experience and ability to manage security initiatives or projects.
