This role is critical in ensuring the success of our advertising campaigns by optimizing media investments, managing ad tech infrastructure, and driving performance through data-driven strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Buying & Optimization:Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.).
Manage budgets, bids,



and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.Ad Operations & Technical Management:Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and QA.Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives.Client & Stakeholder Success:Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices.Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement.What We're Looking ForAnalytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decis
