making 150+ calls per day.Gain instant rapport with people over the phone.Adapt and respond to different types of situations and personalities.Self‐motivated and able to handle rejection over the phone.Self‐starter with a positive attitude.1 year of customer service experience (logistics industry preferred).
Minimum RequirementsExperience: No experience needed; just motivated to learn.Studies: Bachelor's degree related to business administration or logistics.Language: English skills, B2+ or higher preferred.Offer DetailsSchedule: Full‐time & Part‐time positions available; hours based on USA schedule.Location: On‐site in office at Medellín.Salary: 2,900,000 COP plus depending on position; starting at $****** – $1,****** USD per month for part‐time.
