We're currently looking for a PAM Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of Privileged Access Management services for one of our key clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a PAM Specialist, you'll play a hands‐on role in the day‐to‐day operation and management of the client's Privileged Access Management platform, powered by CyberArk SaaS.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that privileged accounts, systems, and platforms are properly managed, monitored, and secured — all while delivering excellent service to our client.
You'll work under an 8x5 coverage model (Monday through Friday), with occasional on‐call availability required to support after‐hours demand coverage under a 7x24 on‐demand model.
Snapshot of Your Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
Incident & Problem Management: Respond to and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents related to the PAM platform, following defined SLO timelines (P1 through P4 priorities).
Change Management: Process and execute change requests related to the CyberArk SaaS environment, following established change control procedures.
Service Requests: Handle administrative service requests,
including onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, access configurations, and platform integrations.
Alert Monitoring & Validation: Monitor and validate alerts generated within the PAM platform, escalating as needed and ensuring timely resolution.
Platform Administration: Support the ongoing administration of the CyberArk SaaS platform, including maintenance activities and application of vulnerability updates.
System Onboarding: Assist in incorporating new systems and platforms into the PAM environment, including servers, databases, network devices, directories, and critical applications.
Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of monthly service management reports, including incident volumes, SLO statistics, risks, and improvement recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve PAM processes, recommend automation enhancements, and support the overall maturity of the PAM program.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with the CyberArk vendor and internal teams as needed to resolve product‐related issues (coordinating Level 4 support escalations with the client).
Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client's IT and security teams, providing timely updates, participating in weekly status meetings, and ensuring smooth communication.
Disaster Recovery: Participate in the annual disaster recovery exercise for the PAM platform.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Professional Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or identity and access management roles.
Hands‐on experience supporting or operating a Privileged Access Management solution in a corporate environment.
Experience working with incident management, change management, and service request processes (ITIL‐based environments are a plus).
Familiarity with L2/L3 technical support functions, including troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of CyberArk or equivalent PAM platforms (e.g., BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea).
Understanding of privileged account lifecycle management: account creation, rotation, monitoring, and deprovisioning.
Familiarity with core infrastructure technologies, including:
Operating Systems: Windows Server and/or Linux
Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or similar
Network devices and directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
Knowledge of standard remote access protocols: RDP, SSH, Telnet.
Ability to read, interpret, and contribute to technical documentation and service reports.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including least privilege, access control, and identity governance.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and procedures.
Good communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, service‐oriented environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude toward problem‐solving.
Professional‐level proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken); basic English reading skills are a plus for technical documentation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience working in a Managed Security Services (MSS) or outsourced IT services environment.
Previous exposure to SLA/SLO management and service performance reporting.
Experience onboarding and integrating platforms (servers, endpoints, databases) into a PAM solution.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or formal IT service management methodologies.
Tech Skills
CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Trustee, Defender, or Sentry level) are a strong plus.
Hands‐on experience with CyberArk SaaS specifically.
Knowledge of endpoint privilege management and agent‐based integrations.
Exposure to IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) or broader IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts.
Familiarity with ticketing and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to support operational tasks.
Certifications (Any of the following are a plus)
CyberArk Defender or equivalent PAM certification
CompTIA Security+
