We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Representative to join our Payments LOB, specializing in both back-office tasks and customer calls.
This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesBack Office (30%): Process online payments accurately and efficiently.Calls (70%): Communicate with banks and creditors in the US to facilitate and confirm payment processing.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year in a BPO environment (experience in both calls and back office preferred).
English proficiency (B2 level in Grammar and Speaking).




Strong analytical thinking skills.Excellent multitasking ability.Effective time management to meet strict deadlines.BenefitsWork 45 hours each week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
