We are looking for a "Problem Owner"—someone who can navigate complex inbound service cases with analytical precision, maintaining the high standards expected by premium brand customers.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Resolution: Manage high‐stakes interactions regarding automotive services, claims, and customer guidance.Root Cause Identification: Go beyond the symptoms to find and solve the core issue for each customer.Tech‐Savvy Multitasking: Use specialized software (Dynamics, DDMS) while documenting interactions in real‐time with zero errors.Emotional Resilience: Handle challenging conversations with poise, empathy, and professional authority.RequirementsLanguage Skills:
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and independent problem‐solving skills.Experience: Previous background in high‐level Customer Service or Contact Centers is a plus.Location: Must be available to work on‐site at our Cúcuta, Colombia facilities.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Puerto Rico Time) / 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Colombia Time).
