OverviewAudubon Construction Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail‐oriented I&E; Estimator to support our Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E;) construction operations.
This role will be based out of our Bogotá, Colombia office and will play a key role in developing accurate, competitive estimates for industrial I&E; construction projects, including compressor stations, meter stations, processing facilities, and midstream infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze bid documents, construction drawings, and specifications to develop I&E; construction estimatesDevelop quantity takeoffs for conduit, wire, panels, terminations, lighting, controls, and instrumentationInterpret one‐line diagrams, loop diagrams, panel schedules, and control schematicsSolicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors for materials and servicesSupport pricing of labor, equipment,



and indirects using historical data and productivity factorsBuild structured estimate packages using estimating software and ExcelParticipate in internal estimate reviews and turnover meetingsAssist with the development of budgets, change orders, and scope clarificationsCoordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment with project execution plansSupport proposal preparation, bid strategy development, and customer presentations as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience estimating I&E; construction projects in oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectorsStrong working knowledge of I&E; systems, materials, and installation practicesExperience reading and interpreting P&IDs;, electrical drawings, and control documentationProficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating platforms (e.g., InEight, RSMeans, Sage Estimating, or similar) preferredStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Bilingual: English‐Spanish fluency.
