You will help modernize our survey operations by implementing automated workflows, integrating AI capabilities, enabling platform migration, and ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery of survey products.Core ResponsibilitiesAnalysts run surveys end-to-end, including:Translate client research needs into well designed surveys with optimal consumer UXApply survey standards, best practices, and guidelinesDesign questionnaires and logic with quality and clarityLeverage AI tools for testing, QA, analysis, and reportingManage sampling and quotas; make informed recommendationsActively manage fieldwork to ensure fast completionTroubleshoot issues and adapt when neededEnsure rigorous quality control throughoutSummarize results and help clients interpret findingsPresent results to clients when requiredHandle operational elements (billing inputs, project tracking)Continuous ImprovementContribute to standardization of survey templates, reusable components, and best practices.Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.Stay current on survey programming techniques, platform capabilities, and industry trends.Qualifications1+ years of experience in survey programming, survey operations or analyticsHands on experience working with online surveys, logic, quotas, and respondent data preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent English communication,
