As we expand our operations, our office in Medellín is seeking a talented and experienced draftsman to join our team.Job DetailsPosition: Full-time DrafterLocation: Medellín, ColombiaRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in project management, blueprint reading, and/or architectural drawings, with a focus on construction details.Experience in team management will be advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high level of proficiency (B1 certificate required).




Technical SkillsProficient in AutoCAD for 2D drawing.Knowledge of Rhino and/or SketchUp for 3D modeling.Familiarity with BIM language; occasional use of REVIT considered an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and web browsers.Personal SkillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work independently and efficiently, with the initiative to research unfamiliar practice areas.Capable of identifying, understanding, and resolving problems with limited supervision.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Effective time management and organizational skills.Salary$********* - $**********
