Cold Caller (B2B Sales & Cold Outreach Specialist)

- Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
- Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

About the Role
We're looking for a persistent, high-energy B2B Sales & Cold Outreach Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying decision-makers, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our senior sales team.
Depending on the campaign, you'll be promoting remote staffing solutions, cybersecurity services,
or other B2B offerings to U.S.-based businesses.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to U.S.-based businesses to introduce services and generate interest
- Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients
- Identify and reach decision-makers, owners, executives, and department heads
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Track all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Apply feedback and data insights to continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion rates
Sales Team Coordination
- Communicate prospect feedback and market insights to the team
- Support basic client onboarding steps when necessary
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience, including high-volume cold calling
- Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written
- 2+ years of experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally
Good to Haves
- Background in staffing, technology, or cybersecurity industries
- Previous experience working in a remote or international team environment
