Own the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of financial processes, leveraging NetSuite, AI, and automation.
Ensure consolidated reporting aligns with U.S. GAAP and relevant international standards.Key Responsibilities:Own close processes with U.S. GAAP and integral compliance.Maintain accurate consolidated financials and controls.Oversee GL, revenue, AP/AR, payroll, and expenses.Manage audits, tax, and compliance.Systems & NetSuite:Own NetSuite setup, reporting,



and integrations.Build dashboards and automate workflows.Lead system enhancements and seamless integrations.Use AI and automation to speed up close and forecasting.Automate manual processes for scalable operations.Reporting & Insights:Deliver timely, consolidated reports aligned with U.S. GAAP and global standards.Analyze margins and profitability.Support leadership with forecasting and decisions.Lead and develop the accounting team.Partner cross-functionally as a strategic finance partner.Qualifications:Required:7+ years in accounting/finance leadership.Strong U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidation experience.Proven process improvement and automation success.Preferred:Growth-stage or PE-backed environment background.
