Role Overview: The Volume Recruiter is a pivotal member of TaskUs's growth team, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-volume entry‐mid level talent across a variety of business units.
The role focuses on quality hires rather than hours worked, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill openings efficiently.ResponsibilitiesConduct full‐cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer, and close.Meet with Hiring Managers to define candidate selection criteria and delivery timelines.Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs and educate them on best interview practices.Passively source top talent and manage a pipeline of ******* qualified candidates ready for hiring.Ensure job postings are accurate, marketable,



and target the appropriate audience.Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems.Attend community events to promote TaskUs' brand and organize on‐site interview days.Build and maintain a bench of qualified candidates for high‐volume roles.Qualifications2–5 years of experience recruiting for high‐volume entry‐mid level roles (40+ hires per month).
