Schedule & Work Modality
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
Modality: Onsite
Requirements
B2–C1 level of English
At least 1 year of experience as a Case Manager in U.S. Personal Injury
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates
Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers
Request, track, and follow up on medical records and medical bills
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding PIP, BI, and related coverages
