or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process design.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with high attention to detail.Proficiency in programming languages and query/reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Oracle databases.Experience with project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of Agile/SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.Familiarity with the Healthcare insurance industry is preferred.Ability to work effectively in a diverse, integral workforce environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.Commitment to a substance‐free workplace to ensure the safety and well‐being of all employees.
