Compensation & Benefits architecture and support key global HR processes.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring labour market trends and remuneration reportsPlaying an operational role in the compensation review processCooperating in defining salary ranges across GGHEvaluating jobs in line with the Grading Governance policyAnalysing market competitiveness of local and integral benefits policiesMonitoring and analysing the effectiveness of compensation systems and recommending improvementsSubmitting data to market data providers and coordinating benefits data reportingProposing compensation packages aligned with business strategyEnsuring compliance of remuneration regulations with applicable lawsAdministering and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modulesPreparing ad-hoc reports and analysesCollaborating with HR Teams globally and other GGH unitsEnsuring compliance with data protection, internal regulations and legal requirementsQualifications and EducationWork Experience: Bachelor's degree
