Job Title: Financial Analyst, Intl Finance – LATAM.
Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia.Job OverviewThe Financial Analyst, Intl Finance – LATAM plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the LATAM region.
This role partners closely with regional finance leaders and cross‐functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights, support business decision‐making, and ensure compliance with corporate financial standards.
The position offers strong exposure to international operations and the opportunity to influence financial performance across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyze, and interpret financial results, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets for LATAM markets.Support regional month‐end and quarter‐end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Develop financial models and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting regional performance.Partner with commercial, supply chain,



and functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decisions.Assist with annual operating plan (AOP) and long‐range planning (LRP) processes for the LATAM region.Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audits and respond to ad‐hoc financial analysis requests as needed.Required SkillsTypically requires 2–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a corporate or regional environment.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.Experience working with cross‐functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and controls.
